The venue or event host simply provides a small table with a few chairs , reasonable lighting, and a sheltered spot protected from the weather (plus access to power if night lighting is required). Wayne brings his easel, specialized paper, markers, and drawing equipment.

Standard live drawings take approximately 15–20 minutes per person, giving guests a detailed, keepsake portrait. For high-volume corporate events or large weddings where maximum output is needed, Wayne offers an optional Speed Caricature package (up to 10 guests drawn per hour) at an additional 50% fee.
