However, commercial licensing options—ranging from targeted campaign usage to complete copyright buyouts—are available upon request. Licensing packages are custom-quoted based on your intended media channels, geographic territory, and campaign duration.

Studio commissions under $500 are paid 100% upfront, while orders over $500 require a 50% deposit and 50% upon completion. Live events require a 25%–50% deposit to lock in the date, with the balance cleared on or before arrival.

Hosts must provide free, unrestricted parking with 2.3m van height clearance within 250 meters of the drawing area. CBD bookings or paid parking precincts incur additional parking/haulage fees.

The host or venue must supply a small table, 2 to 3 chairs, adequate overhead lighting, shelter from weather elements, access to a standard power outlet, and a minimum 2m² space.
